My experience with this dealership has not been pleasant. It started when I bought my truck 5 years ago with a very unpleasant delivery experience through the latest service. After over two months of troub It started when I bought my truck 5 years ago with a very unpleasant delivery experience through the latest service. After over two months of troubleshooting and misdiagnosis, miscommunication , lack of communication, countless calls to management, close to 2 weeks of vehicle in the shop, the issue is finally resolved (I believe), Although, there are missing trim clips and a damaged kick panel. I’ve attempted to address these with the dealership but the service advisor won’t return my call after 2 weeks. I’m not a fan. More

Took car in for warranty. Initially it took 3 months to get get a replacement engine. Then it took several weeks for installation. Car was returned dirty and it had a scuff on Initially it took 3 months to get get a replacement engine. Then it took several weeks for installation. Car was returned dirty and it had a scuff on the rear quarter panel. I had to reforge car 2 days later due to the smell of burning oil and coolant. Engine was defective. They told me the head gasket was installed incorrectly. After waiting 3 weeks for the part. It turned out to be a different part. Once the correct parts was obtained. Car was repaired and returned. I checked all the fluids and the engine oil was over a quart low. I had advise them earlier the oil was low, so they did not check the oil. Car was again returned dirty. More
