Very disappointed in my recent service visit. Dropped of the truck when told to, but no real appointment. It took five days before the truck was even looked at. Problems reported were a leak i Dropped of the truck when told to, but no real appointment. It took five days before the truck was even looked at. Problems reported were a leak in the cabin from two locations in the roof, turn signal not auto-canceling and rear view camera intermittently not working. No communication from the service department during the entire time. I called multiple times to inquire about the status. Last time I called, was told the truck was ready and they didn't find anything wrong. I asked why he didn't call and he said he called and left a message. I had no missed calls or messages. When I arrived, he explained that they couldn't find the leak. I asked about the turn signal and rear view camera and he had forgotten about those two items. He said they tested fine but nothing about those was on the service report. He told me to bring the truck back when it's raining and the leak is actually happening. I brought the truck back to Bowditch on Monday during heavy rain and a significant leak in the roof. He said they didn't have time to look at it. I went to a different Ford dealership and made an appointment. They also said there was an active recall for the rear view camera. Bowditch didn't mention anything about this. I won't be returning to Bowditch service department and will drive twice the distance to a better service department. More
