I had an hour wait for an oil change. Finally after an hour and 45 minutes I went to him to find out where my car was in the process. Once he came to me to give me my paperwork to sign he didn't go over any of maintenance that is needing to be done. He didn't ask if I wanted to do any of it while I was still there. Just had me sign and sent me on my way. Now I have questions. I will make another appointment but my service manager won't be Tristan. More
