The salesman and manager never followed through with getting me the 27 point check list. If they had, I would have found out the battery had to be replaced and the brakes were unsafe to be driving. This dealership is not about the satisfaction of the customer. They try to appear that way until they get the sale. They sold me a used car with a crack in the windshield that couldn’t be seen because o customer. They try to appear that way until they get the sale. They sold me a used car with a crack in the windshield that couldn’t be seen because of a white dealership sticker they had placed right over it. I was also shown this car last after seeing two others, and by the time I saw this car, it was dark outside, so the crack wouldn’t be visible. I saw the crack the following day during the day time, 12 hours after purchasing. Since it was late, they couldn’t detail the car the night I purchased it, so I went the following day to get it detailed after seeing the crack. I brought it to their attention, and they hit me with the “as is” line. I explained that it hadn’t been 24 hours since purchase, and the sticker that was placed by them, blocked the crack. They stated that it was sealed and I inquired if that seal was good enough and won’t crack further, because that’s what cracks do. They couldn’t guarantee me that, and I asked for that in writing and they refused! I had to demand it, and speak to multiple “managers”.the female manager was soo incompetent, she didn’t even know that driving with a cracked windshield was illegal!!! She told me it wasn’t a big deal because her car windshield was cracked. I told her she should get that fixed, because it’s illegal and she was shocked by that information! Smh I told them if not the letter, then cut me a check for the amount of a new windshield, and I’ll do it myself, they even said no to that. After standing there demanding to to have it in writing, the GM finally wrote a letter on official letter head, stating if it cracks within two years, that they will replace it. I will never purchase a car from this dealer ever again. I spent my hard earned money there, and they didn’t even clean the car properly. They had to detail it twice! This was the worst experience! I would not recommend! More
