I explained to him that my last experience in Sept 2019 wasn’t all that and that I really wasn’t happy I had the pleasure of working with Troy Cox. TROY was very understanding and confident that he would be able to get me the right package for my Tucson He explained the differences and we went for a short drive around the block. I didn’t really need a lot of in depth instructions because I have been driving a Tucson The first question he asked me is why do I travel from Niceville to Pensacola when there is Hampton Hyuandai in Ft Walton Beach I told him that I believe that Allen Turner is a very good Christian man and his belief flows through the company and he gives so much back When it came to the negotiating,Troy was professional,patient and I believe he helped me to get what I got to make my visit successful I want to highly recommend him. And just today I found that I left my garage door opener in my car and also I need to give him my key fob so he is going to make the hour drive so we can exchange our things. Let me start by saying I hate buying cars. It is just too stressful for me after two negative prior experiences. I was dreading buying a new car and praying for a good dealer who wouldn’t see my husband and stressful for me after two negative prior experiences. I was dreading buying a new car and praying for a good dealer who wouldn’t see my husband and I as two young naive, for lack of a better word, suckers. We went to test drive a Tucson and met Troy Cox. He was not pushy, very easy to talk to and explained things clearly when we had questions. The day we went in to purchase the car I was anticipating a 6 hour day of secret fees and unmet promises but was met with an even lower payment than we’d anticipated with the total purchase price of our vehicle remaining the same we agreed upon. Jamie in financing was a breath of fresh air she was so bubbly and easy to talk to, she even took our picture and text it to me as we signed the last line for the car. The entire car buying process took just under two hours-test driving, credit application, paperwork and going over the car. This was honestly the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had and it reaffirmed our belief that we made the right choice in going with Allen Turner Hyundai! We love our new Tucson and can’t wait for vacation this Summer! More
