Sapaugh dealership is one the best places to shop for a car. My son actually found them through Car Guru which also says a lot. THardin was awesome and very welcoming. Professional staff who listened and responded! I want to take a moment to thank Troy and Kirk for finding the Cadillac Escalade in the color and level of options my wife was hoping for. Troy was so helpful and listened to exactly what we were looking for. We were never asked to except something less than what we wanted. Troy kept us in the loop on the search and Kirk located exactly what we asked for and keeping it in the price range we wanted. We have done a lot of business with Sapaugh over the years, these two individuals carry on the professionalism outstanding customer service we have always appreciated. It's worth the drive from Illinois for us because no other dealership has ever treated us so well. Thank you Troy and Kirk. More
