I was happy with the vehicle and price, so I booked a flight and was in Cleveland the next day. Troy Rossman handled the sale and picked me up from the airport (over 30 minutes away) and was very professional and friendly. Including time for a test drive, I was out the door in under two hours. I have zero complaints with this transaction or vehicle, and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future. More
