They are very professional and courteous and they remember and appreciate loyalty. No high pressure sales, which I appreciate. About two months before we were ready to purchase, we visited the dealership and Troy spent over an hour with us knowing we weren't ready to buy. When we were ready, we remembered him and he remembered us. Great customer service. Our first service appointment was on a Saturday. We expected to spend an hour or more waiting. They took our car at the scheduled time and we were done in 15 minutes. Perfect.......this is how all dealers should be! More

I went to the dealership even though I was a little anxious due to previous purchases at other dealerships. From the very second that I walked in the door, I felt welcome. The salesman that I had originally came to see was busy with another customer, so they set me up with Troy. Not knowing what kind of service that I was going to get, I remained hesitant. However, within a couple of minutes, Troy made me feel very comfortable. He knew the product very well and, in fact, was also an owner of a Mitsubishi. I enjoyed the fact that, not only was he a salesman, he was brand loyal as well. If you believe in the crap that you're selling, then it must not be crap. He worked with me through the whole process, got me the best deal, and even went out of his way to get me the best interest rate available. Will definitely do business with this dealership again in the future. More
