We were greeted by Troy Stoops,who treated us very kindly and professionally all throughout the experience. We told him what we were looking for and he found it for us. There was no stress or pressuring during the whole time. It was a pleasure to also work with manager Tim Hagan, who was also treated us kind and professionally. My husband said that never in his life has he walked out of a dealership with a smile on his face. My my husband and I had a positive experience and are happy with our purchase. What a surprise! I'd been looking for a used car for over a month and had been to at least a dozen dealerships around town. The trip to RC Hill was unlike any of the I'd been looking for a used car for over a month and had been to at least a dozen dealerships around town. The trip to RC Hill was unlike any of the others, in the best possible way. There are no vultures here, I was able to look around a bit and peek at the cars I had seen online without pressure. I needed something reliable and sturdy to keep my family (and baby granddaughter) safe. The salesman, Troy, was attentive but not pushy. He listened to what I needed and gave me good information on my options. The car I really wanted was above my limited budget, but Troy was able to work out a deal so I could afford it. I'm not sure how, but I am very grateful. Very, very grateful! I wish had come to RC Hill Mitsubishi first, instead of wasting time with those other dealerships. I never thought I could get such a nice used car with the little I had to spend. Troy was a real pleasure to work with. I felt he was sincerely interested in helping me, not just trying to make a sale. Altogether, it was a great experience. No hard sell, it didn't take 4 trips to talk to the manager/negotiate a deal, and the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. You won't be disappointed! More

I'd like to sta I recently purchased a gently used Jeep Grand Cherokee from RC Hill Mitsubishi and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! I'd like to start by saying that this was the quickest car deal I've ever made & the salesmanship was not that of the typical dealer! They were not pushy at all and really left the ball in my court at all times! With my average credit score, trade with high mileage, and my small down payment - these guys were able to get me financed and into the vehicle that I'd been searching for! Not only did they make the numbers work, but I received free oil changes and rotations for 5 years. The best part of the entire deal was actually the phone call that I received the following morning AFTER I had already signed papers the previous evening. Before pushing the signed paperwork through and calling it good, these guys made one last call and managed to get me financed at a MUCH lower interest rate AND a shorter term!! They absolutely didn't have to do this either; they could've let it be because at that point the paperwork was complete!! I was completely elated and knew that I had made the right decision! I'll definitely be a loyal RC Hill customer for future purchases! More

He was always available by email and responded back in a timely manner. He also had the vehicle ready for me when I was finally able to come in. Customer Service on vehicle purchase Bought a 2012 Outlander with 10,000 miles and was charged $300.00 for a second key. I was told this was after the deal was done. Also, there was no spare tire when the unit was picked up. If we hadn't noticed we wouldn't have received the spare tire. It is evident the non-commissioned sales representatives are not as interested in customer satisfaction. I was told vehicle was service however the sticker on the window said it was overdue for service. There was a large X in crayon on the inside of the drivers side window. Looked as if the outside was only washed. More

Fantastic Dealership I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi as the one I had for 5 years was great, replaced only tires, battery and brakes. Went to this dealership because of the commercials, etc and I did not care for service I received at dealership I used 5 years ago. The staff is fantastic, answered questions, very friendly, NO PRESSURE to buy and best of all I brought another Lancer in the color I wanted and drove it home right then. Great price for trade in and discounts for being a previous Mits owner. If you are looking for a Lancer, Outlander or any other Mits go here you will not be disappointed. The staff are so friendly and know what they are talking about and they get paid not by what they sell which is a huge difference than other dealers. Good going owner for treating them and you consumers the right way. See Selena or Troy they are the best as I am sure the others are as well for sales. Bonnie and Gary Tremblay More
