An awesome car buying experience. Went to RC Hill looking for a used Outlander Sport, honestly we weren't even sure this was the car we wanted, just checking it out for a test drive. This is the very first time I've gone to a dealership, been out in under an hour, and didn't have the sales and finance staff trying to haggle with me over the cost. You know when you go to a dealership, been out in under an hour, and didn't have the sales and finance staff trying to haggle with me over the cost. You know when you go to a dealership, and the sales person has you sign the piece of blank paper with monthly payment amounts, saying it's a informal agreement to buy, blah blah blah? Yeah, they don't do that here. They are straightfoward, give you a real answer on whether something can be done, and stand behind what they sell. The Honda I bought had some issues when I got it home (turned out to be something simple) and they drove to Palm Coast, picked it up, took it back to the shop and repaired it, and then Troy drove it back for us. Fantastic experience, will be going to Troy in about 6 months again when I'm ready for my next purchase (this purchase was for my son when he gets his drivers). I recommend RC Mitsubishi, which says a lot because for the past 20 years I've been a Toyota girl. More
