It was a great experience. Troy knows the product inside and out. My wife and I never felt "hurried" and even our sometimes, "dumb" questions were answered with total respect for the question. Troy was thorough in helping us chose because he knew one of his jobs was to be sure we wouldn't be saying a few days later, "I wish we had gotten the other model." We ended up with a 2014 Outlander Sport ES 2WD 4-Door SUV. Quick Silver/Black. My wife will drive it to work mostly and she is more fond of this vehicle than any yet that she's had. It's her first SUV. (well, there was a 1987 Cherokee - pretty but a gas hog and a whinny sounding engine. I guess that goes with being a Jeep. Back to the Outlander: it's easy to get in and out of. The instrument panel is beautiful and can be dimmed, unlike the "too bright at night" Nissan Sentra which she drove for seven years. Rides good, steers good and looks good. Gas mileage for this much auto is a plus too. Bottom line(s): I don't know of anything I'd change about this vehicle regarding its design and comfort. The price was low (explained to me because the dealership operates on high volume and low margin, rather than vise-versa. The salesman, though a total stranger, made us feel like long time friends. It sounds too syrupy but, off hand, I don't have another way to put it. More

I found RC Hill's listings for new Evo's on their website and was very impressed with the upfront pricing. Was in their store the very next day picking up a brand new 2014 Evo MR. It was a fast and e website and was very impressed with the upfront pricing. Was in their store the very next day picking up a brand new 2014 Evo MR. It was a fast and easy experience and I would recommend this to anyone else in the market for a new Mitsubishi. More

Although I did not purchase a vehicle with RC Hill. I did sell them my truck. I did not know how the experience would go, however we tried he AutoTrader Appraisal and Sell to Dealer program. We filled out the Auto Trader form on line and received our estimate. We set the infer to RC Hill via a link as a Purchase Dealership and received an email reply within 1/2 an hour. We made and appointment and completed the sale to the dealer within an hour. The purchase price was within $250 of the Auto Trader Estimate. Overall he were happy with the transaction and felt fairly treated. More

This was by far the best customer service experience I have had in years. Troy was very knowledgeable and considerate, he informed me and didn't push his opinions or the 'sale'. This was my first time purchasing a car from RC Hill Mitsubishi but not my first time purchasing a car. By far working with Troy was the easiest most pleasant car purchase experience I have had. I had gotten a car from RC Hill about nine years ago and still had the car. But you can imagine it was on it's last leg with high mileage and lots of work to maintain it. I am a single parent and money is tight so a new car was never considered until several days ago when my car seemed to be taking its last breath and I had to face the fact it's time to replace it. My credit is not good as it could be so I knew getting a loan approved would be a tall order so I prayed before I set out on my quest. I decided to go with RC Hill as they had helped me before. When I drove into the lot Troy was immediately out there inquiring what he could do for me. I explained my situation and he said let's see what he could do for me. He gave me some water while he asked some pertinent questions. Since I wanted a car with the lowest payment as possible he went through his inventory and found two that would fit my criteria. We did the test drive and then he set about getting me some discounts to get the price even lower. They wanted $1000 down payment which I did not have on me. But he spoke to his superiors and they allowed me to pay $500 and then the additional amount on my next paycheck. It was as if this angel Troy was put in my path to help me as I needed a reliable vehicle for work. I am so happy with my new car and can't thank him enough for being so kind, honest and above all very reputable. HIs word is his bond and they both can be trusted. Whenever I need another car it will be a safe bet I will be going back to RC Hill in the future. However let's hope its not too soon. That dealership with Troy is a rarity in the business, honest people who want the best for the buyer not the other way around. More

My first purchase of an Outlander was in 2004. Kristian & Barbara, the whole Service Department, have taken care of my automobile service needs with care, honesty & excellent skill. The weekend prior to my new purchase of my 2013 Outlander, I had problems with my ac & gas cap door. Seleana answered my call &, since the service department was closed, had me stop in. Troy & 2 other gentlemen took the time to assess my situation & opened the gas cap door for me so I could refuel. I work as a field nurse in Home Health Care & would not have been able to complete my assignments without their help. That act of kindness not only assisted me, it reached out to serve my patients. I brought my older car in on the following Monday, when my service appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, because further issues were occurring. "My old gal" did have over 103,000 miles on her. Kristian was very understanding. They even fit her in when their schedule opened up. He provided me with clear & fair options for her solutions. Needless to say, on Wednesday I was in to see Russell for purchase of a new car. The process was very smooth. Russell listened to me regarding my needs & preferences. He helped me choose the best car to meet those needs. Tim was very helpful in assessing my trade in, which was very fair & generous. Bob was able to explain to me the financing details of my new purchase. I had applied for preapproval with my credit union. RC Hill's staff found me a much better deal with the best coverage & easily affordable payments. The overall experience was so easy and enjoyable. The detail crew did the final touches for my new car so she drove off the lot shining. I am pleased with the newer features of my Outlander 2013. I rely on safe & comfortable transportation in my work. I truly have it. Thank you to all. More

Our experience at RC Hill was excellent! Initially, we didn't even go there to look at a Mitsubishi. Troy was showing us some cars that we were asking about and simply asked if we had considered a Mitsub didn't even go there to look at a Mitsubishi. From the moment we go on the lot there was no pressure whatsoever -- just good answers to questions that we had about different cars. The prices were also quite excellent. On the second day when we came back to purchase, James was there and took me on another test drive of the car we were looking at. Again, no pressure to buy and just good solid information about the cars. Troy came in part-way through and the two worked together to help me through the rest of the car-buying process.
