Buying a new car I needed to buy a new car and Mike Wolf was my sales rep. He was amazing and treated me like a queen and made sure I knew all about my new car and ho I needed to buy a new car and Mike Wolf was my sales rep. He was amazing and treated me like a queen and made sure I knew all about my new car and how to use it, he spent hours with me on a sad, rainy Saturday with me and reassuring me everything would be fine and that I would be taken care of. He is very sweet and considerate and deserves a great raise in pay, as all three of these men do. I was involved in an auto accident on 08/14/2019 and my beautiful Honda Element was totaled. I cried all weekend because this was so traumatizing for me, these three men Mike, Troy, and Nick were amazing and comforting to say the least and treated me with such respect. I could not stop crying and by the end of that day I had finally stopped crying. I am truly blessed to be alive, God and my Honda Element saved my life on that Wednesday, rainy night, when I was T-Boned! Please bring back the Honda Element, it is the best car in the world! Through the reassurance of these three men, my transaction and purchase was smooth and atraumatic. Thank you so very much. I have been a Honda girl since 1985 and always will be!
