In the last two months I have purchased three new cars from Crown Honda and have encountered several of your team members during that process. All have been outstanding, Troy, Angelo, Jennifer Polizzi and most especially Michael Tan. Michael Tan assisted my wife and me as the lead sales person for each purchase. For each purchase he was consistently outstanding in the manner in which he treated us. His knowledge about the products and sales process is outstanding. He took care of little details and never left us feeling uncertain about what was going on. For the third purchase (which was the result of the second purchase being totaled one month after we bought it) he went the extra mile to respond to us quickly during the price negotiations and to be available for the purchase, even though he was not feeling well. He made what was otherwise an awful experience (having a new car totaled) bearable through his concern, sympathy and positivity. Michael's positive and friendly attitude always shines through. More

Other dealers wanted to sell me what they had, but I was willing to wait for the exact vehicle I wanted. Sejad Gurdic heard my wants and delivered on everything that I was interested in. Overall this experience was top notch and above and beyond any car buying experience I’ve ever had.
