Todd the Sales Manager is the one who got me to deal with this dealership for the first time I met a person who sold vehicles who actually did what he said and was not trying to just take totally advantage o this dealership for the first time I met a person who sold vehicles who actually did what he said and was not trying to just take totally advantage of the customer and get as much out of them as it could he actually cares about the customer,I bought and sold vehicles for the last 25 years also I never bought new much because of the dishonesty of the dealerships when I met Todd in June 2018 He booked out my 15 then in October 2018 I bought my first vehicle from this dealership and he actually did what he said,I traded in my 2015 Ford F150 and I bought my 2018 from this dealership,I know what values are and I know what a good deal is and he was very honest and did not use high pressured sales tactics shoving stuff off on you that you don’t want or need saying things that are not true just to benefit himself or the dealership to make more money not caring about future sales but the immediate now wanting to get as much out of that person as possible wow talk about refreshing,my wife and I were very pleased with the calm and caring approach and listening that he will use while selling you a vehicle.I found that he could be trusted.we like this dealership because it actually seems to care about the customer and that is why they have people like Todd there working.We have had service work done there.The service rep I used is Bryan and there again he was extremely helpful and honest even though I didn’t buy the vehicle from them that did not matter Bryan would always take care of us and not try to do stuff that we did not need done I am very mechanically inclined so I know what is wrong with vehicles most of the time I myself have worked on them in the past and there’s nothing I dislike more than dishonesty,at this dealership I have found that they Pride themselves on honest trying to tell the truth about what they think is going on with your vehicle I have also been able to go in and talk to Brad the service manager at any time when I thought I had a problem with something on my vehicle and he has always taken the time to listen and be very helpful, also when I had questions and Ethan who is now Finance Manager,was a salesman at the time I had questions on the new vehicle on certain things and he was very very helpful and would even stay after work one time to check one thing out that we wanted to know about and then he would call me and say yes this is how it works on the new truck now that’s service also when we went in to sign the paperwork he told me about the products they offered on this vehicle for extended warranties he kept me updated on the progress of the build of the truck for months because it took a long time to get it because of what’s going on and he did not try to upsell me on all kinds of stuff that I did not want,he presented them and we talked about them The extended warranties that Ford offers if I was going to keep the truck for a long time I would look into them but trading it off every three years I just don’t need them. Also I got to meet trig the new sales person that they put in charge when Ethan was promoted and this gentleman kept me informed and worked very hard to do a very good job and he did I was very pleased with what he did and how hard he worked even though he wasn’t the original sales person and last but not least is Lonnie Who help me figure out the electronics he took the time for about 30 minutes and went through a lot of the features the things I asked him and we just talked about it and how they worked it was very helpful so my wife and I have listed out why are we like this dealership and it’s people mainly you guys have a philosophy of trying to be honest and you’re not afraid at the end of the year to say merry Christmas which shows you guys care thank you from Cheri and Don Eaton More
