Sadly, I have to say the experience with Crest has been the worst. We have bought from Swell 2 times and Platinum 2 times over the last 6 years and their process was smooth and honest. Tux our salesperson the worst. We have bought from Swell 2 times and Platinum 2 times over the last 6 years and their process was smooth and honest. Tux our salesperson was pushy and rude at times (even making my wife uncomfortable and leaving office). I would have walked but my wife really wanted the car. We haggled over the trade in and the car purchase and we finally agreed I would pay the price they showed on line for the car (somehow the price changed once we arrived at dealership). Then we go to signing with Jeremy Hernandez and it came to extended warranty items and I told him I did not need any extended warranty items due to us trading in every 2 years. We received the contract via email 2 days later and noticed a $386 charge for WAX (yes WAX). I called him to let him know of this mistake and he said I signed the contract and had agreed on this with Tux. Tux and I NEVER had this conversation at ALL not ONCE was this brought up. Looking back and reading reviews I should have avoided Crest. We will take our next business back to Sewell or Platinum where I know they will be honest. Losing a customer over $386 is a bad way to do business. Also, I will not be a rolling billboard for Crest by taking the Crest logo off and the Crest license plate off. More
