Began as a service porter in Seattle WA., practiced as a warranty administrator, assistant service manager and as a service manager at two stores with the last one for fifteen years. Have three daughters and a son, with my son and youngest daughter playing sports for Prosper schools. My wife of eighteen years is also in the automotive business and works for one of our competitors.

December 10, 2025 SERVICE VISIT Joel Casper and David Jurs - SAFETY HAS BEEN JEOPARDIZED BY NEGLIGENCE. I reported a coolant leak to Toyota of McKinney before my vehicle reached 100,000 miles, but the d Jurs - SAFETY HAS BEEN JEOPARDIZED BY NEGLIGENCE. I reported a coolant leak to Toyota of McKinney before my vehicle reached 100,000 miles, but the dealership failed to perform a proper diagnostic inspection. Because of this oversight, the issue was not addressed until after my car exceeded the warranty threshold. I was told the repair will not be covered, even though I raised the concern well in advance. This is not a lapse on my part—it is a failure by the dealership to diagnose a safety-related condition. My teen daughter drives this vehicle to Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches and frequently drives this vehicle home to McKinney. Her SAFETY HAS BEEN JEOPARDIZED BY THIS NEGLIGENCE. More
