We just bought a secondary vehicle here and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We bought a Lincoln MKC on Friday but after driving it we weren’t completely satisfied so we called and spoke to Tyler w happier with our experience. We bought a Lincoln MKC on Friday but after driving it we weren’t completely satisfied so we called and spoke to Tyler who assured us that we could exchange the vehicle for something we 100% loved as long it was under 250 miles and within the week of purchase. We came by today on Thursday and picked up a Volkswagen Tiguan. The exchange was quick and seamless thanks to David Cuevas and we’re thrilled to have a car we love! 100% recommend. More

Ryan was amazing in helping us find the right car. We came to EchoPark, because we have had a good experience in the past. We also found EchoPark to have the biggest selection of used SUVs. We didn't know exactly which SUV we wanted, so we needed to test out quite a few to find the right one. Ryan worked with us over two days - finding at least a dozen different cars for us to test out. Once we narrowed down our selection to a couple of models, he continued to be very patient with us as we compared them, looked at the overall stock available, and decided on the best one for us. We will send anyone we know looking for a car to see Ryan! Tyler, one of the sales managers, came out to speak with us during the paperwork process and was extremely helpful in ensuring we got the best deal to work with our financial situation in conjunction with Ryan. While it was extremely busy on a Friday and Saturday, we never felt neglected, or needed to wait very long to speak with Ryan for the next car. Great job and thank you again for all your help and your patience! More
