I HATE CAR SHOPPING ! !! I purchased a 23 Maverick from the Bozard Ford dealership. This is my 4th vehicle that I purchased from them. In shopping for my Maverick I conta !! I purchased a 23 Maverick from the Bozard Ford dealership. This is my 4th vehicle that I purchased from them. In shopping for my Maverick I contacted several dealerships because of the scarcity of the Mavericks being available. A couple of the dealerships that I spoke to were marking up their cars over MSRP because of the scarcity of them. One dealership (Daytona beach) marked up theirs 5000.00 another dealership (Palatka) marked theirs up 7000.00 a couple other did it too. I obviously chose not to purchase from them. One dealership (Orange Park) had one and I offered to put a deposit on it by phone for them to hold it for me while I drove 30 minutes to their dealership to purchase it, they refused to accept a deposit. When I was about 10 minutes away the sales person called and said someone else bought it. Bozard called me when one came in they were upfront on the deal (sticker price) with additional only taxes and tags. They took a deposit on the phone pending me driving to their dealership (45 minutes). The sales people that I spoke with (Tyler Anderson, Hayden Lewis) were very nice and professional. They walked us through the entire process, there were no surprises. Super price on my trade. The F&I person (Rick Garcia) was fast efficient and friendly. There was a person escorting us all the way. As always first class service from a first class dealership. More

I ordered a new Bronco sport and was excited to receive it. The first time I drove it I mentioned there was something wrong with the brakes. I was pushed aside by several employees over the course of sever it. The first time I drove it I mentioned there was something wrong with the brakes. I was pushed aside by several employees over the course of several days before finally speaking with Justin. He did not doubt me or make me feel as if I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was talking about while telling me there was nothing wrong with the brakes like the previous employees. I don’t remember all the names of the employees that dismissed me, but I do remember Matt in service. He drove the sport and when he returned he told me there was nothing wrong with them. I was dismissed once again. Then Justin stepped in and asked for me to bring my Bronco Sport up for them to do a throughout inspection. It took me a couple of days to feel comfortable enough to bring it back in. I sent videos to Justin of what the brakes were doing and how they were not working properly. After Bozard having the car for about a week I was told I would have to choose a different vehicle to trade my new sport in on. I have to be honest, at this point I was not hopeful. Justin handed me over to Brian to help me find something and to my surprise there happen to be a brand new Bronco delivered the day before and it came available the morning I had to start looking for something. Brian was extremely helpful and he listened to me and any concerns I had. Justin and Brian went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. I have bought several cars from Bozard but this was the most pleasant purchase I could have had after everything I just experienced with the sport. I know the brake issue was not because of Bozard, but the first few people that wrote me off should have listened to me when I said there was something wrong with them. Instead they dismissed me and made me feel stupid for a lack of better words. I don’t know if they didn’t want to listen because it was a brand new car or if it was because a woman was telling them there was something wrong. I will always remember Matt and how small he made me feel. But I will also remember Brian for being so kind to me and helping me find something better than I could have ever imagined. I am extremely in love with my new Bronco! Thank you, Brian and Justin! More

I walked onto the lot and CJ was approachable and not pushy. I just wanted to sit in the Ford Maverick to see if I wanted to keep it on my list of hybrids. (I was anticipating buying within the next 90 pushy. I just wanted to sit in the Ford Maverick to see if I wanted to keep it on my list of hybrids. (I was anticipating buying within the next 90 days). He was very helpful and not at all pushy, like some salespeople at other dealers can be. When another customer of his arrived, he passed me off to Tyler. Tyler was equally professional and approachable. I was not made to feel uncomfortable about some haggling and I had done my research. We easily came to a meeting of the minds. They let me take the car to work for the day, to ensure it would not aggravate my back injury. The whole experience was smooth and stress free, until I locked the keys in the car before it could be programmed to be opened remotely. Tyler got someone out to open the car and away I went. I was a loyal Beaver Toyota customer because of the way they treated me, I have to say that CJ and Tyler @ Bozard surpassed that dealerships customer service. More
