I walked onto the lot and CJ was approachable and not pushy. I just wanted to sit in the Ford Maverick to see if I wanted to keep it on my list of hybrids. (I was anticipating buying within the next 90 days). He was very helpful and not at all pushy, like some salespeople at other dealers can be. When another customer of his arrived, he passed me off to Tyler. Tyler was equally professional and approachable. I was not made to feel uncomfortable about some haggling and I had done my research. We easily came to a meeting of the minds. They let me take the car to work for the day, to ensure it would not aggravate my back injury. The whole experience was smooth and stress free, until I locked the keys in the car before it could be programmed to be opened remotely. Tyler got someone out to open the car and away I went. I was a loyal Beaver Toyota customer because of the way they treated me, I have to say that CJ and Tyler @ Bozard surpassed that dealerships customer service. More
