City Chevy is such a professional dealership with personable and knowledgeable salespeople. Anytime we’ve ever had to call with a follow up question due to our lack of knowledge they’ve always steppe personable and knowledgeable salespeople. If we need one on one time with any person they always stop what they are doing and help immediately. We have recommended Ale Brito several times to our friends and have never regretted recommending her to help. Good deal for basic services, yet stay away for more serious mechanical work if you have access to a smaller shop that can perform the work to the same standard. The beautiful establishment you are sitting in comes at a high price that is passed-off onto you, the paying customer. I recommend taking a bag of that “free” popcorn that you see, regardless of whether you intend on eating it or not. They do a very good job, but you better dig deep to enjoy the services City Ford of Columbia City, Indiana offers. I’ve had more involved preventive maintenance done here like a transmission flush, all-the-way to basic tire rotation and oil change. Everything has always been done with great care and quality throughout the years, except for communication. I paid 80 dollars for the Ford Works Package and was never verbally told about a possible main seal oil leak, yet I was verbally told about this during a 60 dollar, basic oil change. You’re paying an extra 20 for direct, verbal communication from a representative about what’s going on with your vehicle. That’s the good and the bad I’ve personally experienced with this establishment. More
