Hello everyone. My name is Tyler Carroll a new car sales professional here at Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC. I come from a proud military family and have traveled the world. My family and I moved to the Carlisle area in 2011 because my father was stationed at the War College. I graduated college with a psychology degree from Kutztown University. My main passion is to help people and giving back to the community that has given so much to my family. The greatest reward when it comes to selling cars is the look on their face when we are able to get them behind the wheel of the car of their dreams! The service advisor at first seem to be annoyed with my explanation of my problem. Then told me wat it cost to diagnose the issue as if I had never been to a dealership before then told me he’d hate to was explanation of my problem. Then told me wat it cost to diagnose the issue as if I had never been to a dealership before then told me he’d hate to waste his mechanics time for a problem that may not exist as if I were making it up or as if it looked like I couldn’t afford to pay for the service… I usually don’t travel that far for service and can’t say that I will again! But when the mechanic found a problem he was happy to tell me what it was and take my money for the service provided!.. I just like to deal with ppl how don’t judge wat u look like and give everyone the same service black or white man or woman!.. More

Tyler Caroll was a great help and made the process of buying a Truck and turning in my lease so easily. I even brought my two boys to the dealership (6 &2) and they were all recevied very friednly and my buying a Truck and turning in my lease so easily.
