Hello everyone. My name is Tyler Carroll a new car sales professional here at Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC. I come from a proud military family and have traveled the world. My family and I moved to the Carlisle area in 2011 because my father was stationed at the War College. I graduated college with a psychology degree from Kutztown University. My main passion is to help people and giving back to the community that has given so much to my family. The greatest reward when it comes to selling cars is the look on their face when we are able to get them behind the wheel of the car of their dreams! Boy oh boy. I wanted to 1. Trade in my 2020 Buick Envision on a new Envision and ended up trading in our too small 2018 Encore for a 2021 Encore GX. What a difference. My wheelchair fits like a glo Envision on a new Envision and ended up trading in our too small 2018 Encore for a 2021 Encore GX. What a difference. My wheelchair fits like a glove in the 21 but not so in the 18! The 1.3 engine is almost uncomfortably small but the turbo kicks in quite often to liven up things a bit. Excellent ride and handling is superb. Tyler Carroll is beyond a good car salesman and stands out above most. I never owned Buick so to speak and the products are wonderful thanking Tyler for pointing out features I should look for when purchasing. Great experience and the GX rocks for a 1.3L Turbo. More

Scott was an awesome sales person who did everything he could to help us test out the car and to make sure it was something we LOVED. He made us feel comfortable and happy and he stayed with us until all o could to help us test out the car and to make sure it was something we LOVED. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I initially started with Joc, but he had started to help another customer before I had gotten there. He checked in on us several times and was completely honest about the vehicle we were looking at (used). Our salesman ended up being Tyler. He was great. Not pushy whatsoever. Very personable. They sold me a unsafe car it passed their inspection took it to my mechanic and another dealership and the front wheel was ready to fall off CV joints bad ball joints bad it was right should have never passe it to my mechanic and another dealership and the front wheel was ready to fall off CV joints bad ball joints bad it was right should have never passed inspection called up the Attorney General using the Lemon Law. Also got in touch with Cumberland County State Police automobile inspection. Telling them of them selling cars and should not even being on the road. I looked at the car and there was nothing wrong with it but then when I went to pick it up there was a dent in the car.. they should they put new tires on the front of it I drove the car a hundred miles and they were shot. I called them up as soon as I got home but it was a holiday weekend and nobody was there then they try to say that I did it and I only drove the car a hundred miles tops. They would not give me my money back they said it had a guarantee on it and warranty and they would not even stand behind that?. I paid extra for a warranty and they were not even let me use it. Stay away from this place. The state police will be going over all their cars here soon that they have inspected and cars that they have sold to see what else they might have pawned off on other people. I could have been killed in the car if the front tires would have fell off. They didn't even want to talk to me when I try to talk to them they recommended the dealer I took it too because I live out of the area and I took it there and they are the ones who said the car was too dangerous to be on the road. Then Carlisle Cadillac dealer told them they weren't going to fix it after they told me they were going to fix it there. It would have cost an estimated $3,000 to fix it. This is a dishonest place I know one thing I sure would not take my car there to get it inspected or any work on it because of a pass this car for inspection who knows what else they've done. More

I emailed Tom Cornman (New Car Sales Manager) that we were interested in turning in our leased 2018 GMC Acadia and were considering either a GMC Terrain or a Buick Envision. And, that we would like somet were interested in turning in our leased 2018 GMC Acadia and were considering either a GMC Terrain or a Buick Envision. And, that we would like something in the new brown colors that are showing up. Tom got back with us and said that he had something we may like. We set up an appointment and when we got there, a new Buick Envision in Expresso Metallic was waiting by the front door for our inspection. Tom introduced us to Tyler Carroll who rode with us on a test drive and who explained all of the car's features. Before the afternoon was over we had finalized a new lease. That is service. More
