The Service tech at that time was insulting, condescending & extremely rude. Additionally, Not all of my requests got fixed! It was a very simple thing. Subsequently, I didn't come back, until now. I'm very pleased that I did. Tyler has won my business back to Brookdale VW. BRAVO! I came in with my loaner car & Brad was very helpful- the new dash design had me confused & we had a good laugh about it- Great guy also! I am a VW enthusiast & will continue to purchase these vehicles- I will now consider purchasing from this dealership, provided Tyler is still with you when that time comes. More
