The ordering had just opened up and Tyler Grant worked with me piecing together the ordering process on a car that had very few details published. During the build process, Tyler updated me anytime there was a change in status, and during shipment. The price was fair on a special ordered car, and the knowledge of the brand and options made the process very enjoyable. Tyler and the finance person also stayed very late on a Friday to sort out the paperwork and show me all the options including the UConnect pairing with my phone. After joining an internet forum and hearing dealer and salesman stories that are far from stellar, I am very happy that I made the decision to purchase from Tyler. He even let me know that car had been shipped and put on a train while he was on vacation. That is dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. I will purchase my next (and hopefully all) vehicles from Tyler Grant. More
