Tyler Hillyer's style was cool, calm and super supportive! We had stopped by on the way to our current Honda dealer "just to look" and ended up with feeling great about Toyota SUV choices, and in supportive! We had stopped by on the way to our current Honda dealer "just to look" and ended up with feeling great about Toyota SUV choices, and in a few hours were driving away with a new Highlander, and saying bye to my disliked Honda Civic. He helped me work through the Toyota choices, and supported me in the choices with things to consider, test driving multiple cars, and giving honest comparison of the models. I used to dislike the car buying process a LOT, but Tyler's help and humor made it actually fun and not stressful. Thanks Tyler and Lou Fusz Kirkwood! More

This is the fifth vehicle I have bought from Lou Fusz Toyota, a Sienna, a Tacoma, and this was my third Rav4. I initially went through Shane Roemer, because he sold me my last car, but I then worked wit Toyota, a Sienna, a Tacoma, and this was my third Rav4. I initially went through Shane Roemer, because he sold me my last car, but I then worked with Tyler Hillyer. Tyler was very helpful with the paperwork I needed to complete and super helpful when it came to explaining all of the bells and whistles on my new Rav4. He was personable, had a sense of humor, and always stayed professional. I will definitely return for my fourth Rav4 some day and ask for Tyler. More
