He was upfront with everything and helped me make my purchase when the timing was right. The process was about four months after first contact. It was the best buying experience I've had. I have made many new car purchases from other dealers to compare with. This is my first Subaru. I purchased a white 2015 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited with Eyesight. I LOVE everything about my Subaru. Subaru of Spokane located the exact Legacy I wanted and made a dealer trade to get it for me. Financing went well and presented all my options and wasn't pushy when I made my decisions (which I much appreciated). Eric walked me through the whole process and made me feel like a special guest. I wasn't very well prepared to actually purchase a car that day (didn't bring my financial info), and in hindsight I probably should have just sold my 2009 Forester XT by myself instead of trading it in. With that said, I felt I got a fair deal and I'm very happy with my purchase - no regrets. Love, love, love my new Forester!!! Absolutely NO HASSLE!! I bought an 08 Honda CRV from Subaru of Spokane on 12/15/14. I live 3 hours away from Spokane. I was looking on line at the Auto Trader and found the I bought an 08 Honda CRV from Subaru of Spokane on 12/15/14. I live 3 hours away from Spokane. I was looking on line at the Auto Trader and found the CRV. I emailed the dealership for more information and in less then 2 hours, I received an email from Jim MIller! I responded with a few more questions and again, got a very quick response. This time it was from Josh Paparazzo, Jim had said he wouldn't be in to help us and Josh would take over, I was a little hesitant at first , but, Josh did a great job of getting all the information together, so everything would go smoothly once we got up there. We got there pretty late, but, in no time the paperwork was done, and I walked out with the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with no hassles at all! Took about an hour and a half! With professionalism, courtesy and integrity, the team Jim and Josh did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Thank you Jim, Josh and Subaru of Spokane for giving me the car of my dreams! More
