First of all the service is bad. it took 3 days to fix a light, and in the process they decided to joy ride my car for 2 1/2 hours. going speeds they shouldn’t have, causing my insur it took 3 days to fix a light, and in the process they decided to joy ride my car for 2 1/2 hours. going speeds they shouldn’t have, causing my insurance to increase I talked to Neil service manager about joyride in my car but nothing was done. so I went to make a police report about issues I’m mad and will get a lawyer More

So my cousin is the general manager of Frisco Tyler Letson. For the last 2 yrs I've been trying to order my Manual Hellcat. Because of them not knowing if Dodge was going to release a Manual option for Letson. For the last 2 yrs I've been trying to order my Manual Hellcat. Because of them not knowing if Dodge was going to release a Manual option for 2023 we waited to order it. Tyler went over a beyond on reassuring me that weather it was the Manual or an automatic Hellcat he would get one for me. Well thank God 😊 it was announced the Manual was available. So my order went in. And I went yesterday September 30th to sign for it and pay for it. Test drove it !! HE and his team congratulated me on my new 2023 JAILBREAK WIDEBODY CHALLENGER MANUAL TRANSMISSION HELLCAT. HE made my dream come true . And his team assisted in all this greatness 👍👍🤘🤘😊😊 And William Martin was spot on in helping me from day one . Giving me all the information I needed about my car when I couldn't be there. Thank you for everything ❤️. More

Ido not recommend. I have been hung up on, ignored, and mis treated for the last year. We bought the car from them in November and it has been to the shop 4 times. They I have been hung up on, ignored, and mis treated for the last year. We bought the car from them in November and it has been to the shop 4 times. They do Minimal repair and take as long as they want. I have reached out to the GM at least 25 times, email voicemail and I person and he (Tyler) cares so little he will not require the call. Save yourself the trouble stay far away. More

Horrible Customer Service! I have been trying to reach them for days! Only people you can talk to is the scheduling department and they have no information. Said my truck would be ready on Saturday or Monday... It is now Wednesday. I keep calling and they say someone will call me back. No one does! I have texted cant leave voicemails because the voicemail is full. Then they had the audacity to tell me to DRIVE to the dealership to get an UPDATE!!!!!!! More

Worst phone system ever, no one answers and if you get an answer , it’s voicemail to a box thats full. It took me 6 tries to get someone and they were terrible. I have never seen such a lack of urgency in tr answer , it’s voicemail to a box thats full. It took me 6 tries to get someone and they were terrible. I have never seen such a lack of urgency in trying to take care of a customer. It started with them losing my wheel lock key , then replacing it with a stripped one . Then when I went back I was given one that didn’t fit. The 3rd trip I had to leave the car for the weekend because they had no lock key and the dealers own master set was lost. I get things happen but this whole experience started with incompetence and stayed that way. I will never come back More

Paid to fix leak on both front doors and replace carpet. I had to take it back 5 times. The never replaced carpet and I paid for an oil and air filter change that they did not do.
