Paid to fix leak on both front doors and replace carpet. I had to take it back 5 times. The never replaced carpet and I paid for an oil and air filter change that they did not do. It was the most terrible experience at Frisco Dodge yesterday. Please do not get enticed or lured into something they do not intend to do as they claim, "  We desperately need nice vehicles like yours yesterday. We are in a position to offer you top dollar for your vehicle and reimburse you 100% of the money you recently spent in service." The price they offer for trade in is way too low and disappointing. I was offered a trade in value for my dodge caravan 2008 as $ 500, whereas in KBB, I was offered a trade in value for about $2300. Please see the screenshot. And their claim for reimbursing the service repair which I spent for an amount of $ 2500, where was that? Please do not get cheated by Frisco Dodge because I was. More
