Great, prompt, professional service. Tyler and the rest of the crew were helpful and patient with all of my questions. I had my kids with me and they gave them paper and markers to color with which was awe of the crew were helpful and patient with all of my questions. This is now the 3rd vehicle I have lerchased at this dealer. So I believe that speaks well of them on it's own. Sales staff was friendly and pricing was fair. However, I did have a minor issue with dealer. So I believe that speaks well of them on it's own. Sales staff was friendly and pricing was fair. However, I did have a minor issue with the financial department. While friendly the individual came across as extremely pushy. I financed through my own bank and was satisfied with the terms I had agreed to. However the financial officer kept insisting on trying to find a better offer. And while this is fine to offer. I felt a bit uncomfortable and quite frankly iritating, when they continued to do so even after we declined. I repeatedly stated that we were already financed and satisfied with what he had been given and yet this answer was not excepted, untill around the 15th or 16th time I said as much. (This is not an exageration.) With that being said. I enjoy everything else about this dealership. And would recomend them to others. But if a person says no, please except that as an answer. More
