I first contacted Zeph on-line looking for a white G80. We live approximately 2 hours from the dealership so I didn't want to waste my time or their time with just small details. I took pictures of our trade-in and provide the needed information and Zeph asked if we could stop by and they could look at our trade-in and we could look at the car. We made an appointment, (which we were late) but we stopped in on a Saturday morning to look at the car. Zeph was busy but Tyler happily stepped right in. They had the G80 parked in front of the dealership. We shared that we were on our way to a ball game and didn't have much time so they looked at our car and within 30 minutes, we were on our way to the ball game. Tyler sent me a quote and on Monday the following week, we closed the deal. Their professionalism and follow-up was very much appreciated. More

The day I went back to purchase the van, I saw the Tuscan on the showroom floor and asked to drive it. Tyler and I took it for a test drive and it had all I was looking for. It had just arrived the night before. He then guided me to Jason in finance. Jason was great explaining everything to me. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
