Excellent service. Showed up at scheduled time. Tyler greeted me immediately and quickly completed the paperwork. He sent me to Eric for my loaner car. Loaner was a 2019 Showed up at scheduled time. Tyler greeted me immediately and quickly completed the paperwork. He sent me to Eric for my loaner car. Loaner was a 2019 Outback, the same model I owned, which made familiarity with driving a strange car a non-issue. Tyler called me about an hour and a half later with the diagnosis and the job was completed about 2 hours later. The entire process was smooth and professional. Kudos to Bloomington Subaru and kudos to Tyler Newstrom. More
