Ablsoultely Client Focus! I live in north metro and was attending a conference on the south end of town. In a panic late on a Friday afternoon I contacted Luther for assistanc I live in north metro and was attending a conference on the south end of town. In a panic late on a Friday afternoon I contacted Luther for assistance (I thought possible a hose was broke or the radiator was busted). The Service professional calmed me down, gave me a number for a tow, if needed and told me who to ask for once I arrived after 5:00 p.m. I was only 3 miles away at the Hilton was able to drive to Luther Bloomington. They immediately took my car in, did a full inspection, and washed my car. No work was required, thank god! However, they did advise me of what is needed soon and was prepared to complete that work. I so appreciated their client service focus. It wasn't about just the car it was also about me the customer. My experience with Acura has been great - they make excellent cars when cared for will give you great performance always. The dealerships are professional and the Best! Luther Bloomington - you are a Life Saver and most importantly, you left me feeling totally confident about your commitment to your client and service. Thank you. More

2 hour oil change/tire rotation I took my car in for an 6000 mile service visit. I had the oil changed and tires rotated, and I was there for two hours waiting. Way better experience I've had some hiccups in the past with the service department but I can say without a doubt this experience has been one of the best so far. Noise in the front driver tire We had a noise in our front tire and the estimate was $100+. We were happy to find the noise was caused by a damaged tire flap and was corrected by the mechanics. We were only charged $55 and felt we were treated very well by everyone at the dealership. Even our dog was given a toy and welcomed by the staff!! Good job!! More

Disappointed I know you will think this is trivial, but, when I brought my car in for the 30,000 mile check someone forgot to reset the reminder notices so I conti I know you will think this is trivial, but, when I brought my car in for the 30,000 mile check someone forgot to reset the reminder notices so I continued to get messages on the screen that various maintenance items were required. This is a very simple step in completing this service so it makes me wonder what other items may have been missed. More

Whinning noise I purchased my car from luther hyundai and went there for an initial diagnosis of the problem. I came to bloom suburu because it was warranty work. They could not confirm the diagnosis but stated instead it was other items. I will be taking my car to a mechanic that i have used for over 15 years to confirm or deny. Not sure what is really wrong with car but i do not have $$ to fix all the suggested issues More
