Great, but why styrofoam??? Great service. I still wonder for a company that talks about green and sustainability efforts, why, why would you have styrofoam cups in the waiting a Great service. Oil Consumption I purchased my Subaru from Luther Acura Subaru in Bloomington MN. I love my Impreza, however shortly after I bought it my oil light came on. I called I purchased my Subaru from Luther Acura Subaru in Bloomington MN. I love my Impreza, however shortly after I bought it my oil light came on. I called the service department and talked to the service manager (Lisa) and she told me to check the oil level, it was low so I proceeded to add a quart of oil. She told me on my next oil change to have an oil consumption test done. I went to my local Subaru store to have this done along with my oil change. It is a bit of a process. Needless to say it came back normal. Shortly after the test was done my oil light came on agin. Like before I added a quart of oil. I just believed that this was going to be. I mentioned this issue to the service manager at the store I bought my car at, and once again she told me to have the test done again. When I was due for my last oil change I took it to my local Subaru store and told them I was still having this issue and wanted the oil consumption test done again. We started it. I mentioned this to the original store I bought my vehicle at and they asked me if I was given the sheet that explains the parameters of the test, which they did not give to me or explain it. They told me they wanted to finish my test for me. When my oil light came on they finished the test. When the Service Manager from Bloomington contacted my local Subru Store they told her that I never started an Oil Condumption test and that they do not even have one on record. Not even the first one. I was shocked and appalled. I have been mistreated by my local Subaru store. My oil consumption was actually over normal consumption, my vehicle was still under warranty, and is now fixed thanks to the honesty of my original Subaru store in Bloomington, MN. Even though they are related by the Subaru name they are not related by the quality of service one receives. I will now only drive an 1 1/2 hours to get all my service work done at the Luther Subaru in Bloomington, MN. More

Best experience during a stressful time! I went in feeling very concerned I was about to pay a huge amount to get my car fixed. In the end, Tyler and everyone at Bloomington Subaru took great care of me and my car. I felt really good after my experience. Oh, and I was worried about price for nothing. Easy to Get Car Serviced It's easy to make an appointment to get my car serviced. I was waited on as soon as I drove into the service area. I like being able to wait for my ca It's easy to make an appointment to get my car serviced. I was waited on as soon as I drove into the service area. I like being able to wait for my car--it's nice down-time for reading a book, and the waiting area is very comfortable. When I made the appointment, I was told the approximate wait time, which I appreciate. As I was waiting, a service employee came out and gave me an update on my car and the wait time remaining. I also appreciate the coffee and snacks that are made available in the waiting area (although I missed the muffins that you have had available previously). I liked that the amount of my bill was told to me at the outset. More
