It sounds like the main issue came down to a breakdown in communication on our end, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration that caused. We’re glad we were able to connect and talk through the concern regarding the second key and the remote start functionality. As discussed, we will gladly cover the cost to attempt reprogramming the second key when you come in. We want to do everything we can to make this right. We also appreciate your understanding that while we will make every effort to resolve the issue, there is a possibility the key may not be recoverable and that you may ultimately have just the one functioning key.
