Dealership makes changes even when promised something during sale. Was promised life long $11.95 oil changes and they removed that promotion because it wasn't 'benefiting the business'. I believe the business should stick to their word. I find this dealership to be deceitful, untrustworthy, and dishonest. My family was planning on buying a new SUV, was originally going to come here for a 25/26 Palisade. This whole experience with the oil change price change is forcing us to have to buy from a different dealership. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I will be spreading word of my experience to other family, friends, colleagues, and social media. More

Horrible horrible horrible Made an appointment because I had a check engine light come on last night came early for my appointment waited over 3 hours just for them to do the inspection to find out ice was had a check engine light come on last night came early for my appointment waited over 3 hours just for them to do the inspection to find out ice was covering the grill that's why it came on and had to wait an hour for my keys. I noticed it was while Tyler went on lunch. I wanted his entire lunch for him to come down to get my paperwork and keys.
