I went there due to this person, a vehicle, and the brakes needed to be done and what she did rectify that issue also having an issue with the front driver headlight making a noise, receive a video fro brakes needed to be done and what she did rectify that issue also having an issue with the front driver headlight making a noise, receive a video from the service technician saying that they were replaced a headlight and went to pick up the vehicle and found out from Mike that they then decided to try and repair it now I'm having issues with the light again and at times completely shut off More

The service center was very helpful and not a long wait. My technician was amazing and thoroughly went over everything with my car. I did not give 5 stars because as the Kia dealership as a whole, I am no My technician was amazing and thoroughly went over everything with my car. I did not give 5 stars because as the Kia dealership as a whole, I am not satisfied. I bought my car in July and have still NOT received my license plate because they had the wrong vin number on the contract. At first I was told it will only be 3-4 weeks, now I have try to reach out to two people I have had contact with and they are not giving me straight answers or ignore my request. It is now the second week of November and I still have no update or idea when this will be resolved so it is very upsetting. More
