the 2021 Rubicon is a great vehicle. the entire Yark team were awesome in all aspects while my vehicle was being built. I am not able to say how bad my customer experience was. Words can't describe the fustration. I am not a happy customer with the yark service department. They do not listen to the customer. They can't understand what conflict resolution is. I had to call FCA they steered me to another dealership. Plus I felt like they thought I don't know what I am talking about.
