After being very disappointed by my insurance customer service and other collision centers’ customers service, I was pretty stressed out about getting my brand new Mazda CX 50 repaired. But when I came to service and other collision centers’ customers service, I was pretty stressed out about getting my brand new Mazda CX 50 repaired. But when I came to your collision center, I was greeted promptly and appropriate concern was given about the state of my car. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman—older, slender, glasses. Ashley, the receptionist, was sweet and never sounded annoyed when I would call to check on the status of my car. Ralph did a great job communicating with me and worked hard to navigate my insurance company and trying to find parts during this time of parts scarcity. Overall good experience! More
