I was very pleased with Tytiana and her personal level of service. After several days of me deciding the model and color of my new Miata MX5 RF, she secured one that Mazda of Roswell had on order. From the time I reserved the car to the day it was delivered to the dealership from Japan, she provided me on-going and updated information. Tytiana is a great person, very professional, personable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I was also very satisfied with the delivery and financing process, as well. It felt very efficient and predictable and Louis Safde made the closing process not only quick but very personal. I highly recommend Tytiana and Louis, as well as the entire Mazda of Roswell dealership. I love my new car and have received numerous compliments on it. I will refer all of my friends in the market for a Mazda to this dealership. Thanks to all! More

This has been the best experience of my entire life buying a car. I was never hassled like other car dealerships in the area (yes you MC chevrolet in Alpharetta). Bahar and Tytiana were the most kind buying a car. I was never hassled like other car dealerships in the area (yes you MC chevrolet in Alpharetta). Bahar and Tytiana were the most kindest people I have ever met. I had recently lost my partner who passed away and I wasn't really in the mood to buy a car when I first arrived at the dealership. Both Tytiana and Bahar were there for me to give me condolences and even offered to let me call them if I ever felt sad. Even when I thought and told them I may not even buy a car from them! I was so shocked and it really made me feel special I had to wipe away happy tears instead of sadness. Their no hassle approach and treating me like a human being motivated me to find a car I really love. In the end I end up buying my favorite 2023 Mazda Miata dream car! This car I bought and the experience I had with them brought me out of my sadness and for the first time in a week I was smiling and laughing! These two ladies are SAINTS! Also finance was a breeze and the gentleman who assisted me was so warm and caring. Can you believe all this from a car dealership? Please management at Mazda in Roswell, Bahar, Tytiana and everyone who assisted me including the very kind front desk greeter made me smile when I lost hope in sadness. They deserve to be honored for not only selling me a car, but doing the impossible. Making me smile. I honestly think my partner in heaven was watching over me and why I end up buying a car at Mazda of Roswell. I really mean that! Now to enjoy my 2023 Mazda Miata :) You Rock! Thanks, Brian More
