There was an issue that I had where he proceeded to the repair area, spoke with the repair tech identifying my concerns and responded back within 15 minutes. Not to forget Patrick Titshaw the other Service Agent, Patrick also provides the same excellent service. Both of these agents should have the name "Service" as their middle name. I will mention that I own two vehicles purchased new. When asking for a particular C300, the sales person scoured all the Mercedes dealerships for the specific color, and accessories until it was found and had it shipped to this location for my inspection and satisfaction. Yes,I did purchase! Again, excellent service all the time! More
