Great First New Car Experience I was unsure what type of auto would replace my Jeep. I needed time to browse without encountering any employees offering to help. After the right amount of time we were greeted by Dave Boratyn. I was 90+ degrees and he was out in the lot all smiles. He was great from the moment we meet, answering questions on their inventory and telling about the different options the Chev Malibu had. Dave worked with me, he listened and understood what my budget was. Buying a car is a big expense with stress attached. Dave B and Sam S got me into my new car and provided training on the numerous options. Thank you for making my first New car purchase Perfect!!! Highly Recommended More

Excellent experience I’ve been searching for a car for two months now. I went to about 12 different dealerships throughout Mass and New Hampshire and never had a good experience. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for online at Imperial Chevy so I set up an appointment and went to check it out. I had Jazz as a salesman and he went above and beyond. He was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. I didn’t feel any kind of pressure from him to purchase, and I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. We worked out a great deal and I bought the car. I dealt with Omar in finance and he was friendly and knowledgeable, treated me with respect and made the entire process easy and painless. Another thing that stood out to me was after I purchased the car and paid for it, Jazz came outside and helped me get it set up. He went above and beyond and taught me how to use most of the features. Other dealerships would have given you the keys and said “see ya” but at imperial I was treated so much better. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jazz and Omar and I’ll be recommending this dealership to my friends, and will be purchasing vehicles here from now on. More

He then had me work with J.D. the saleman. What a great Guy!! So very patient with me. I choose my car. (after changing my mind a few time, which didn't bother him a bit). Then I did the financial end with David. Again I cannot express the fact how wonderful he was to me. I was purchasing this by myself, and was nervous. He made the experience flawless. Everyone I worked with was so so nice to me. I also had a few chuckles with another salesman, Sam about my License plate... Good experience leasing a Traverse I worked with Crystal and she was great, she was patient with all of my questions.
