These people at Kelly Cadillac are the BEST! !! I always pay for GOOD Customer Service!! We had Uzma when we bought our 2015 SRX And she was outstanding!!!! Very Very helpful! Always wanted t !! I always pay for GOOD Customer Service!! We had Uzma when we bought our 2015 SRX And she was outstanding!!!! Very Very helpful! Always wanted to make sure we were comfortable when we left! The purchase of my 5th Cadillac was the BEST yet! !! Mr and Mrs Kelly personally made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Uzma Shafqat was very helpful in educating me on the options available and to !! Mr and Mrs Kelly personally made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Uzma Shafqat was very helpful in educating me on the options available and took the time to show me how the bells and whistles worked! Uzma’s enthusiasm for the Cadillac brand made me realize I will never buy another Cadillac from anyone else. I must mention Glenn Davis’s attention to detail in the finance department. He took the time to explain all the paperwork and didn’t pressure me into buying anything else…his explanations helped me decide what I needed. I highly recommend the Kelly Cadillac experience to anyone interested in the purchase of a new or pre owned Cadillac even if you must travel far to Lancaster they will make the trip worth it! More
