We love working with the team at Kelly Cadillac. Geoff Kelly & Uzma Shafqat serve me and my family well. We are multi-generation Kelly customers and have never had a bad experience. Sales is always Geoff Kelly & Uzma Shafqat serve me and my family well. We are multi-generation Kelly customers and have never had a bad experience. Sales is always accommodations, professional and extremely easy to contact and work with and service is top notch every time. It does not matter if you buy Cadillac or anything else that they sell you are treated with utmost respect, honor, and excellence. When you need service they go the extra mile for pickup-delivery-loaner. Have never had to figure things out as they figure it out for you. Uzma always meets us at the door and brings us into a showroom of smiling people ready to serve. You cannot put a price on all of the reasons why Kelly Cadillac should be your dealership. They have something for most purchasing budgets. Shout out to Glenn as well. Whenever we have a car or truck need we call teh folks at Kelly and they make things happen. You won’t be disappointed. This is my third purchase of a Certified Used car from Kelly Cadillac, and I have dealt with them for both sales and service over the last 10 years. Uzma Shafqat has been the salesperson with whom I have Kelly Cadillac, and I have dealt with them for both sales and service over the last 10 years. Uzma Shafqat has been the salesperson with whom I have worked for all three transactions – she has gotten to know me and what I need for transportation and has proactively suggested used cars that come thru the dealership that she thinks I might be interested in. She is detail oriented and very responsive in communicating – always getting back to me with answers to my questions. I really enjoy working with the whole Sales and Service teams at Kelly. More
