Best Car Buying Experience Ever Had I have purchased cars for 30 years and have never had a better buying experience! It is amazing how the internet has changed purchasing a vehicle. I I have purchased cars for 30 years and have never had a better buying experience! It is amazing how the internet has changed purchasing a vehicle. Instead of being limited to local dealerships you simply input exactly what you are looking for and the response is dozens of vehicles that match your requirements. That is exactly what led me to Kelly Cadillac. I drove from out of state to purchase my Escalade ESV. We traded our 2011 Escalade that simply wasn't roomy enough with our 3 kids and extended family members--we needed the extra cargo room. From my first contact with our sales person Uzma, I knew we were in good hands. Uzma was extremely helpful and considerate and answered all our questions and concerns. The purchase price was great. The trade in price was great. Everything from start to finish was a wonderful experience. When we were finished dealing with Uzma we spent time with the business manager Glenn who finalized all the paperwork, taking time to explain even the smallest detail. This is a honest and quality dealership and you will feel confident dealing with them. We currently have 3 vehicles in the family and in another year will be adding a fourth. You can be sure that we will always look to shop at Kelly Cadillac for our new and used car needs! More
