When it was time to look for a new car, we stopped by Kelly Cadillac to check out an XT5. I loved the car but wanted to make sure we looked at a few other options before making our decision, Our saleswoman, Uzma, was very understanding and did not push us while going through the process. We went back to Kelly Cadillac and were offered a good deal on our new vehicle. The purchase was a pleasant experience. Mr. Davis was very friendly and thorough and had all the financial paperwork in order and ready to sign when we got there. Mr. Kelly then stopped by to introduce himself and welcome us to his dealership with a Cadillac umbrella and hat. He was very genuine. Uzma has a caring sole and went over the car with us before leaving. We have never owned a Cadillac before, and I am glad we chose Kelly Cadillac for our purchase. They offer some nice amenities after the sale that other dealerships do not... I would recommend checking them out. More

Knowing Kelly Cadilla We are long-time Mercedes owners, but when it came time to replace one of our cars, we opted to look at other comparable brands. Knowing Kelly Cadillac had a solid reputation, we decided to see what they had to offer. We were greeted with a warm smile and a handshake by Uzma immediately upon our arrival. After hearing what we were looking for, she showed us 3 different vehicles that would fit our needs. In addition to test drives, Uzma thoroughly explained the features available with each one. Afterwards, she took us on a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the owner, Geoff Kelly, who clearly had one goal in mind - to make sure we were completely satisfied. We also met Service, Parts Director, Lynn Yoder, who answered questions we had regarding maintenance. As impressed as we were, we decided we needed to complete our due diligence and see what other dealerships had to offer. In the end, there was no comparison, Kelly Cadillac offered us a great car combined with outstanding service. A week later, we met with Marc to fill out the paperwork for our 2016 CT6. He was as personable as the other Kelly employees we had met. Afterwards, Uzma spent a great amount of time acclimating us to the car including setting up our On Star account, connecting our cell phones, etc. She also offered to meet with us for a follow up appointment and made sure we felt free to call her with any questions. Our entire experience with Kelly Cadillac has been terrific and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them. More
