Within a short time, my wife and I felt that we were important to this dealership and they would help us to decide on a purchase of a new Cadillac. Uzma, our sales lady, greeted us with a friendly approach that felt sincere. We talked about our intent on purchasing a new car. We were impressed that at no time did we feel pressured to purchase but just to see what options were available. Once inside, Uzma introduced us to the General mgr,.and shortly thereafter Mr.Kelly,the owner and his wife came to Uzma's office and introduced themselves. The ultimate conclusion was the purchase of a new Cadillac. The owner (I believe) introduced himself as well, which again, I did not expect while not being a high-tier buyer. Should I ever decide to buy a Cadillac, they have my business just out of principle.
