Great experience all around! I dealt with Bill the finance manager and Vildin. The finance manager was able to give me a good rate and very transparent about the sale. I felt very comfortable with finance manger and the sales rep-Vildin she was very knowledgeable about the GTI, I was not pressured and felt at ease to make my own decision. Great Service Buying a car can be a very scary and intimidating experience. I was dreading it because i didn't want to deal with the sales people. I was very grateful when we met Vildan, who made the experience easy, fun and informative. She was able to answer all my questions as well as making our family feel comfortable. You can tell she knows and loves her product. They also had a great service at the end where a lovely gentleman (i cant remember his name, sorry) went through the car, showing us how to use the tech.
