I began my car search over a m Review From beginning to end, my experience with RBM of Alpharetta was nothing short of a five-star experience. I began my car search over a month ago by reaching out to several dealerships. Although I received responses from most, the salesman who stood out the most was Vadim Russu from RBM of Alpharetta. It became obvious from the very beginning that Mr. Russu has taken the time to carefully read my email and understand my requirements. He was respectful of the fact that I did not want telephone calls while the other dealers blew up my phone. One by one, I crossed off each dealership who did not read my email and/or understand my requirements. During this time, Mr. Russu stayed vigilant with his follow up emails to me (which I appreciated) to the point where I looked forward to receiving his price updates. He knew my price point and not once did he play the dreaded “let me see if I can get a better deal” game to waste my time. He was upfront and honest, all the while staying very respectful of my time. I made my decision to purchase from RBM based on the outstanding customer service and professionalism I received from Mr. Russu. All this, and I had not yet visited the dealership! His price negotiations, his constant and immediate follow up to my emails, and his thorough understanding of my needs prompted me to visit the dealership. Clean, organized, and not filled with “hungry salesman”, the dealership experience was a positive one. I can honestly say I have never before had an experience as positive and well rounded as this. I wasn’t prepared to make my purchase the day of my visit, as time was of the essence. I asked how long the process would take, and when Mr. Russu said it would only take about an hour and a half, I was dumbfounded. Yet I believed him. I decided to proceed and I’m not sorry I did! The entire process took LESS than an hour and a half! From signing the paperwork with Mr. Russu, to the positive financing experience with Sharon, everything went off without a hitch - perfectly! The best part of all was walking out to see my vehicle parked on a red carpet in the showroom with a big red bow on it! How excited and happy I was! The manager introduced himself to me and thanked me while Mr. Russu made sure I had no more questions. I will tell all my friends and family about this outstanding experience. RBM of Alpharetta is a leader, in a league of its own, and does not compare to any dealership I have ever before visited! More

He took special care to be sure we had every question answered, every detail of the van explained clearly, and all of the paperwork and process of closing the sale went smoothly with him guiding us through. Everyone we met at the dealership was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, no matter what department they represented. It’s very difficult for my wife and I to find time during regular business hours to look at cars. We took a chance and called just minutes prior to scheduled closing time. We were greated enthusiastically on the phone with a simple “of course come by”. So we did. We walked in at closing and meet with Vadim who took the time to show us the vehicles available, never rushing us. My wife found the car of her dreams with Vadim suggesting a C300 that wasn’t even on our previous radar. He took us for a ride and when we returned it was well past closing...Neil the manager was insistent that we take it on another test drive this time with my wife driving. After this, my wife new it was the car she wanted. Thanks for taking the time with us after I’m sure was a long day.... The staff is very enthusiastic and professional.
