Best Car Dealership Experience Ever! When we decided to get the second car for our family, I went to Audi, BMW, Lexus and Mercedes to test the cars in the same class. Dealing with Vadim m When we decided to get the second car for our family, I went to Audi, BMW, Lexus and Mercedes to test the cars in the same class. Dealing with Vadim made my decision much easier, as he truly treated me as family or a friend. I didn't experience anything close with other guys. Most dealers will be nice to you until they get you to buy something, but once you start having questions and your purchase takes longer then they expected it all falls into peaces. Not with RBM. Vadim, really did go above and beyond on his job. I have test drove three different cars, on three different occasions and even took the car home over night. He was nothing buy helpful to the max. Answered all the questions and was very familiar with these vehicles. He even drove me home one day on his own time when I didn't have a ride. He didn't want me to get UBER. When I wanted to test drive a car with specific color/trim options that they didn't have on the lot at the time, he offered to let me drive his own car, as it had the options I was looking for. Who does that?! I mean, really impressed and will come back here for my next Benz for sure. Even after the purchase he stayed in contact with me to make sure everything is at 100%. Couldn't recommend him and RBM more. More

I originally came in interested in another vehicle, but ended up on my own upgrading to another model, with no pressure from Vadim. He patiently showed my both of my options after spending a lot time showing me the first vehicle. He even parked them side by side so I could visual compare the two. He worked up financing options for both and offered me a reasonable amount for my trade. Even though I wasn't buying the most expensive car on the lot, I still felt like I was valued and important. The manager even ran after us to make sure he shook our hands and chatted with us before I drove my car off the red carpet! Top notch. Wouldn't buy a Mercedes from anyone else. My second purchase from RBM and I am reminded why! More

We cannot overstate how professional, helpful, and courteous Vadim was. The entire dealership is beyond any other experience we have had. We felt completely comfortable with each stage of the process and we were never pressured. The professionals there walked us through each feature of the vehicle we purchased. Vadim was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He did additional research to ensure our experience was the best possible and that our needs were met. I have some health issues and Vadim went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout the process and to anticipate needs. I cannot recommend this dealership and this salesperson enough.
