I left a review when I first bought my 4Runner I was happy until, well I found out later warranties were snuck into my loan. I’ve been told I’ll get my money back and was told it was a mistake they made happy until, well I found out later warranties were snuck into my loan. I’ve been told I’ll get my money back and was told it was a mistake they made. And this happens all the time. It’s been a month and I’ve gotten no where. They won’t make things right. I’m reaching out to a lawyer. DO NOT BUY FROM MOORE!!!! They are known for sneaking in warranties and over charging you any chance they can get. I’ll never buy another truck from them again. I’ve been pulling teeth trying to get them to fix the mistakes they have made. I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t go back and check my loan agreement they pushed to email me. Be careful buying from them if you have to. Lots of dishonest employees!!! More
